I recently upgraded a laptop to office 2004 from office X. Now whenever an e-mail is opened in Entourage with graphics such as the Apple e-mail news letter the graphics never load. There are just red x's where the graphics should be. I never had this problem in Office X. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should check for this problem. The laptop is a G4 powerbook running 10.3.5 with 512mb of ram. Thanks in advance. --Mike
