I'm looking to use Outlook 2000 to set appointments for my team using Entourage 2004 and Entourage X.
I have one user on a PC setting the appointments, and 5 users on Mac Laptops that need their calendars synced in order to be notified of the appointments. In searching the archives, I could not find a reference except where it referred to exchange server. Is that part of these products, or a separate product that does other things? I'm only looking for minimal functionality. Being able to send invites from Outlook 2000 to the Macs. I tried it and got a winmail.dat attachment, which would not open.
