I have run into an interesting conundrum with Entourage 2004 and an Exchange Account. Given the following sequence of events:
1. Within Windows Outlook, set up a meeting and invite a half dozen people. 2. Wait an appropriate amount of time for synchronization to take place (about a minute). 3. Find meeting on your Entourage calendar and update it to a different time and remove half of the invitees. 4. Note that a cancellation message goes out to those removed and an update message goes out to the others. 5. Again wait an appropriate amount of time for synchronization. (in my case both of the wait periods were 6-12 hours) 6. Now go back to the Windows Outlook and you will see the updated meeting with the new time, but all six of the invitees are still listed. Twenty-four hours later the two calendars are still out of synch in terms of who is invited. Bug? Known Issue? Anybody else see something like this? Also very repeatable, send out a meeting notice from the the Entourage side and when it shows up on the Windows Outlook calendar it has a status of "this invitation has not been sent yet". Any thoughts on workarounds?
