I love it. Entourage is much better. The Project Center has made me a lot more productive in our department (we publish textbooks). The company is mostly Windows, but we have some Macs in our department, and I'm the main Mac guru for the company. And I find Entourage has enough exchange support that I don't care about missing the rest. Especially since I figure things will get better once they upgrade to Exchange Server 2003.
I use the note taking feature a lot in Word. So I'm happy with that. Overall I think it's a worthwhile upgrade.
