Well, the people who run this mailing list aren't the same people who run the Entourage Help site. It's normal for a mailing list to specify its own archives. There are various places that list the Entourage Help site as a resource, but I guess the official Microsoft places don't. (Perhaps that would make them liable?) Frankly, I think it really should be listed at least at the Community links on MacTopia website.
It is listed here: http://blogs.msdn.com/entourage/ as no.2 resource (just after MacTopia), but then you'd have to know about this blog to begin with! And it is listed in the signatures of several of us contributing here. I really don't know what more we can do, We don't control this mailing list, and we don't control the MacTopia website. I think it's easy to prove that the Help page is the best place to start for anything not covered by Entourage's built-in Help (and even then sometimes).
