Hmm... Most of my favorites are of my own creation, but most of them are
available at macscripter and probably elsewhere:

1. Postpone, Delayed Send -- I built this for the postpone part, but I
think most people use it for the delayed sending. I use my inbox as a
single source for everything I need to deal with -today-, so whenever I get
something I don't need to deal with for awhile, I just postpone it and it
reappears later.

2. Make new message here -- I use Entourage as an information database for
my life. Often I just want to save a tidbit of information for easy
retrieval, and with this script I can create a new non-bolded "message" in
the current folder that I can type info into.

3. Insert date stamp (or date/time stamp, or row of *s) -- This won't be a
paradigm shift for anyone, but it makes recording logs of my family's
medical health, journal entries, car maintenance, etc. a bit easier.

4. Goto my Database -- This script just opens up a certain message that I
have buried down in my folders... It's basically a repository of all my
passwords and serial numbers for everything, which is so much nicer than
trying to remember all those passwords. And it's accessible with a single
keystroke.

5. Mark all read, next unread -- I have rules file all mailing list
messages into subfolders of the inbox. When I'm reading them, I scan
through the subjects looking for things of interest, and when I'm done
looking, I run this script. It marks the rest of the items in that folder
as read, then takes me to the next folder with unread items in it.

HTH.
