I've used this program for several years, and though not overly-easy to use,
it's very good if you read the manual. It comes with a Filemaker template
for importing your mail. Or you can save the mail as text files in a
directory structure that lets you navigate your mail. It also can deal with
attachments in several ways.

I have no connection other than being a very happy user. The developer is
very responsive, and updates the program regularly.
