Not reading carefully, Allen.

The Sent Items folder already _does_ display the To field by default; so do
subfolders of it, and Sent Items folders of IMAP accounts.

What won't display the To: are sent _messages_ in any other folder _except_
Sent Items folders. That's the request that needs to be made.
