Here's the bottom line. I just upgraded from office X to office 2004. I'm trying to sync my palm with Entourage 2004. I've followed the advice of many posts and everything works up until the point I need to double click the newly installed Entourage Conduit so that I can check the option to "Enable synchronization with these new handhelds." When I double click, nothing happens. It used to open fine when I was running Entourage X ...
