That's what Plain Text messages do, yes. There is a method, no over 5 years
old, called format=flowed, which can soft-wrap plain text. It is a very
long-standing and vocal request by many of us that Entourage should add that
protocol. Eudora can do it. OE Windows can now do it. Entourage can _read_
it, but not compose it.

Please add your voice to the clamor, not just here but also via Help/Send
Feedback.

It's not related to the type of font you happen to have set as your default.
Recipients of plain text messages don't know which font you used anyway and
display their own,

If this matters to you, you'd need to send HTML messages, not plain text.
Click the "abab" button at the far left of the lower message toolbar, or
Format menu/HTML. You can eve set HTML as your default Mail format in
Preferences/Compose. That way, lines wrap and you can send the font of your
choice, bold/italic formatting etc. Some people still don't like getting
HTML messages, however.

PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using -
**2004**, X or 2001. It's often impossible to answer your questions
otherwise.
