Title: Re: Writing in 14 pt but sending in 12 pt?
I see the same problem, but often my messages come back smaller (12 point goes to 7!!)
See my previous post... “HTML mail font sizes shrink when in Outlook!”
Are the users you send to in a Windows environment? Do they use Word as their default e-mail editor?
That seems to make a difference.

ps
A script that allowed you to view in 14 and print in 12 would be really useful also – wastes a lot of paper!!

Subject: Writing in 14 pt but sending in 12 pt?

I send almost all of my emails in HTML, using Entourage 2004.

Often, when someone responds back to my email, and includes the text in my original email, my text of my emails comes out sometimes quite large, at least that what seems to happen: when they include my original text, it comes back in 18 point, or even 24.

Is this a function of their computer, or is it because I'm doing something on my end? I have 2 20" LCD monitors which I view in their native resolution of 1600x1200. While gorgeous screens, they make 12 point type a bit too small for my eyeballs, so I crank up the default font size (in Entourage 2004) to 14. Would this be part of the problem?

Lastly: is there a script that would allow me to write/view my emails in, say, 14 points, but send in 12 points?

Thanks!
