I would suggest that you keep your data on A, where it is now.  Use Computer
B to connect to computer A's hard drive, and Command-Option-drag the
Microsoft User Data folder (Computer A/Users/<Your User>/Documents/Microsoft
User Data) to Computer B/Users/<Your User>/Documents/.  Then you should be
able to access the same data on both machines, though not at the same time.

Right, that’s the easy way to create an alias of the MUD on Computer A located on Computer B.  I had better do that before I ever launch Entourage on Computer B, otherwise, I’ll have collision problems, right?

Hmm, are the user accounts kept in the MUD?  If not, I’ll need to do some similar preferences magic, I’d guess, again before I run on Computer B.

<snip>

So there’s no way of using a synch trick, so I can leave Computer A turned off most of the time?

If one is a desktop and the other is a laptop. (Or if you have Teacher &
Student Edition, which has 3 separate licenses each doing the same.)

Might just go ahead for the T & S, since we have plenty of students in the household.  Thanks for reminding me.

Thanks,
