That's what I wondered. You'll just have to add new signatures again. If you had thousands, you could use my Export-Import Entourage X (shareware) scripts. Re-insert the old sig file  Export Signatures, relaunch Entourage and Import Signatures. That will get rid of all the corruption.

If you want every signature to be part of your random set, run this script in Script Editor:

tell application "Microsoft Entourage"
    set include in random of every signature to true
end tell

That will add the Random checkmark to all of them in one fell swoop, You can de-select manually the few you don't want to include.
