When using IMAP, the server quota eventually gets saturated. Outlook has a solution for this problem. An "archive" command on the File menu downloads and archives files and folders from the IMAP server and erases them. This option does not appear to be available in Entourage. What is the best strategy for archiving IMAP folders in Entourage? -- Bruker
