This is getting off-topic, so I'm going to suggest that perhaps the
discussion should be taken off the Entourage list? Unless there's an outcry
of support for keeping it here, I'll respond to John's message and any other
postings off-list.
However, there is one on-topic part of John's reply:

Such as? I didn't see you answer the original question, unless it was your
mention of Postini (which, as I said, doesn't work well enough for me). If
you have a system that works, I think a number of us would love to hear
about it.
