Just doing a quick scan of the microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage archives from December and at least 3 other people are reporting the same problem there:

I didn't look at earlier archives. Bottom line is the issue clearly isn't isolated, isn't ISP-specific, isn't host-specific and only involves Entourage 2004.
