In Project Center? Oh wait, DOH! Light bulb goes on. Sometimes the obvious
answer is so close that I miss it. :-P

Am I correct if Project center's subject filters flag something for the
project, the subsequent rules I set up can undo that? I assume that's the
case because of the option in Project Center to not apply any more rules to
messages it processes. Am I correct?
