I am giving remote support to a novice computer user. They have installed on a flat panel iMac Entourage V11.0.0. The system software is 10.3.5 They continually have database problems that invoke the Database Utility which usually fixes the problem. My question is: what could they be dong wrong (novice remember) to corrupt the database or likewise what sort of user bad practice can corrupt the database.
