The Entourage Conduit doesn't sync any email messages whatsoever. It doesn't
sync mail. (There is a 3rd-party add-on which can do so and lets you specify
which of a few folders you want to sync.) It syncs contacts, calendar
events, tasks and notes. You can turn any of those off if you wish. You can
also choose to sync items of only one category, or to exclude items of one
category if you wish. There are also some limitations (relating to the older
Palm OS 4 software but still applies to new Palms like yours. Only one
postal address per contact. No categories for calendar events.)

Yes. See above.

Pictures? What pictures? The only pictures in any of those Entourage items
would be in contacts. No, those don't sync. There are completely different
applications, nothing to do with Entourage, that let you sync graphics on
your computer to Palms, yes. I think the software is built into the Palm but
maybe not. Someone else will be able to give more details.

When you think of more questions to ask, ask them. There are some reasons
why you might want to consider getting Missing Sync for Palm OS to use
instead of the Palm Desktop HotSync engine.

PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using -
**2004**, X or 2001. It's often impossible to answer your questions
otherwise.
