I don't have a one-step method, but mine is pretty simple: There is already a schedule to Empty Deleted Items Folder. I've simply assigned a QuicKey macro to that menu item. Any macro program should be able to do this since it's a menu item. So, my typical routine is Delete (delete the messages) followed by Shift-Command-Delete (the keystroke I've assigned to the Empty Deleted Items Folder schedule). Of course, you could easily automate this to a one-step operation by having a multi-step macro that combines both of those keystrokes into one. -- Sherman -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
