This thinking is dead-on. I know I'm not getting as much out of Entourage as I'd like to, and I too was abandoned by Franklin. A course like this would be outstanding, and well worth paying for; or in the alternative, if Microsoft just wanted to tie all of us to its platform to insure against market share loss to Apple's new apps (Mail, Calendar, etc.), they could give the course away and, in the process, make very certain no one ever wants to have to start over with other software. By the way, how useful was the GoogleAds thing, and where'd you get it?
