You can make a new identity just for completed projects and import the project there. Any time you want to review completed projects, just switch identities. (Entourage/Switch Identity...) There may be some hangups there to do with email messages - you might need to export your mail watch folder to the other identity separately. I haven't actually tried it - I'm told that archives may not keep categories, perhaps some other things. If it's any help, you might want to look into my Export-Import Entourage X scripts from MacScripter.net <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/> which can export categories, all items (events, contacts, tasks, notes, etc. etc.) with their categories from one identity to another. Another approach would be to turn off the Due Date of completed projects in Project/Properties so they don't appear overdue, and sort the Project center by due date with latest at the top so the completed projects appear at the bottom of the list and then just ignore them. Is that so hard? You could change the color of all completed projects to None (black) too so they fade into the woodwork.
