I prefer to think that we realize that the problem was fairly serious and we are doing all we can to make our format better. Just in terms of unrecoverable databases, I can tell you that we have made tremendous progress. I will say that buying 2004 will not help you recover an unrecoverable eX database. It has to be in working order to be imported.
