Thank you for your reply, but unfortunately I've tried the steps outlined in that article already (modified for my situation of course). In that article too it states "Import the root certificate(s) that signed your certificate (only necessary if you got your certificate from a non-standard certificate authority)" and since I did get my certificate from a standard CA (Verisign) this brings me back to the original question of why I'm having this problem in the first place?

I'm not even going to pretend I know squat about certificates, but there is an excellent guide, " Getting Started with S/MIME on Entourage" that might help you with your problem. <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/smime/index.html> -- Diane Ross, Mac MVP Entourage Help Page <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> Entourage Blog <http://blogs.msdn.com/entourage/> lists the EHP as one of the top five resources. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
