Use one of the delete duplicates scripts to help until the problem is solved. Remove Duplicate Messages in a Folder Author: Allen Watson. Delete Imported Duplicates X Author: Paul Berkowitz <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq_topic/duplicates.html> FWIW, I have Comcast and rarely get batches of duplicates. I don't think we can blame a particular provider because there are so many different servers involved. Check to see if there is a particular sender of the duplicates. I get duplicates sometimes from a friend that has AOL. There are no other duplicates so I'm thinking perhaps it's AOL that's at fault. -- Diane Ross, Mac MVP Entourage Help Page <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> Entourage Blog <http://blogs.msdn.com/entourage/> lists the EHP as one of the top five resources. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
