Title: Upgrade & Categories

Hey everyone,

First off, let me say that I had transitioned from Entourage v.X to 2004 this weekend and other than a slight snafu, it all went beautifully!!  I’m really liking the new features I’m finding in 2004.

One problem I had before that I thought would be fixed with this upgrade would be my categories assignment (my problem, not Entourages).  I have all my messages for one particular email address (through exchange) coming through with a category assigned to them.  I’m not sure how that happened, but it seemed that instead of categorizing from my address book, that all messages from that account were automatically categorized. It overrides all the sub categories I’ve created, so I lose color coding.

I’ve scoured Entourage looking for all areas where categories can be assigned and I can’t find where this would have happened.  Could someone please let me know where this may be?
