First, make sure you've applied the latest updates. In Entourage, go to Help > Check for Updates (use the appropriate French translation if necessary), and download the updates.
You can edit this yourself using a resource editor: "Does anyone know how to deactivate the strange localized prefixes for the topic in Entourage 2004?
