Aren't there two issues: 1. composing hundreds of emails and 2. your ISPs limits on what you can send?
Do the 2 suggested software solutions solve the 2nd problem? I was able to created and email a personalized form letter to hundreds of addresses but my ISP choked after the 100th one...I had to break up the database into several pieces and bulk email each piece about 10 minutes apart. If a program can time the sending so that large chunks of email don't hit your ISP they would handle the 2nd problem.
