The ability to retract unread messages:
You send a message to someone. After you have sent it you realise you didn't
want to send it to them. If they haven't read it you want to retract the
message so they don't read it.

A way to track the forwarding of their own mail:
You send a message to someone. They then forward it to someone else, who may
then forward it to someone else. The original sender wants to see who has
seen their original message.

Both of these features are not in Entourage.
