None that I know of. It might be hard to determine just what is duplication. Is a Work mail and a Home mail that are the same duplication?
If what you want is absolute removal of all dupe e-mail addresses or phone numbers for a given contact (and the formatting of the phone numbers might be a problem here, but not insurmountable), it is do-able, but nobody has bothered to do it yet.
