Hi there. Okay, two basic questions about email: 1) I have a Rule that moves new messages to a "Friends" subfolder if the message is from a person listed in the "Friends" category of my address book. The Rule works for most messages, but persistently seems to neglect to move certain friends. Why?
2) Is there a way to sort messages by Sent with Newest on top, but always leaving unread messages at the very top (even if they're not so new)? I'm using Entourage 2004, version 11.1.0 on my G4 PowerBook running Panther (10.4.2).
