I use Ent.04 on a windows network with an exchange server. I’ve set up network exchange folders to route some of my mail directly to those network folders. I have had several troubling things happen, and wondered if others had found solutions:
- the automatic routing does not always work. Very often it just stays in my inbox.
- The saved messages in some network folders just disappears from the screen some times. I access my account from another machine (PC) and they are in the folder, but simply do not show up on the screen. This creates another problem. I cannot manage the messages with large files if I cannot see them. Which brings me to problem 3:
- How do you figure out the size of the account folder in Entourage?

Hello,
I was wondering how I can back up my calendar on my usb memory stick on my mac powerbook g4 2004 entourage. I have tried dragging over microsoft data from documents but it says that there are titles too long for the memory space.
Please help - I don't ever want to loose my appointments.
