Generally speaking, if you want PDA support from Entourage, you need to use
a Palm OS device to get support for the Handheld Sync conduit, which is an
optional install in Office 2004. I and others on this list would probably
recommend Missing Sync from Mark/Space as a more functional drop-in
replacement for Palm HotSync on Mac OS X.

If you can connect Erage to iSync (either with e2sync or Paul Berkowitz's
scripts which can populate iCal/Address Book), then you could consider other
PDAs which sync with iSync.

If you don't care so much about desktop sync but really need access to
Exchange data, you could use a Windows Mobile / PocketPC style device that
supports Exchange ActiveSync directly (but you'll most likely want a data
connection on the PDA then).
