Generally speaking, if you want PDA support from Entourage, you need to use a Palm OS device to get support for the Handheld Sync conduit, which is an optional install in Office 2004. I and others on this list would probably recommend Missing Sync from Mark/Space as a more functional drop-in replacement for Palm HotSync on Mac OS X.
If you can connect Erage to iSync (either with e2sync or Paul Berkowitz's scripts which can populate iCal/Address Book), then you could consider other PDAs which sync with iSync. <http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/isync/> If you don't care so much about desktop sync but really need access to Exchange data, you could use a Windows Mobile / PocketPC style device that supports Exchange ActiveSync directly (but you'll most likely want a data connection on the PDA then).
