Sure.  I'll paste you a copy below.  The webpage author creates a form which
calls the script.  User inputs his data (which is completely flexible:  the
author can create any form field he wants, and names those fields in the
HTML) and hits the "Send" button.  The script generates an email from this
and sends it to the email address specified in the HTML.

Anyway, I'm getting a slew of these emails and would like to import them
directly (either to Filemaker or Entourage) rather than have to task
volunteers with manual data input.  It's getting to be a big pain.

Why formmail doesn't just output to a tab-delimited text file or an Excel
file I don't know.  But it doesn't.  And this is what we've got.

As I said, the output we receive is pasted below.  Note that unless all
fields require input, the exact fields which are filled out will vary from
email to email based on how much of the form they choose to fill out.  But
whoever programmed that Access script figured out a way to do it, so it must
be possible.
