I think what he really means is that he wants to process the labeled
contents of the message content into Entourage CONTACTS, assigning the
various fields.

Rod, this is a fairly common sort of request. It can be done by script, but
the script has to parse the contents knowing in advance every possible label
that might occur and what they mean. (For example, you have "Home" and
"Work" labels that here mean "phone number" but they might equally mean
"email address" or something else in different contexts.) The script has to
be customized for every person wanting such a thing. My experience of doing
this sort of thing once for someone turned into an endless saga, as it
became clear that there were umpteen versions of this software being used in
various browsers, all with slightly different text formats using plain text
and HTML formats, labels subtly different "Home Phone", "Home phone number",
etc. etc.). There was never any end to it. I wouldn't do it again. It's
really best if the person who wants this knows how to script and can keep
making changes as needed.

PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using -
**2004**, X or 2001. It's often impossible to answer your questions
otherwise.
