Hey Mike,
Two people wrote me right away with the same answer and it worked. You can see their answers right after my original email asking the question.
My first mistake was that I had moved the Microsoft User Data Folder from its original position in the Documents Folder to a subfolder in the Documents folder. When I did this, the system automatically generated a replacement folder in the original position. I guess the Microsoft User Data folder has to be right where it was. I had to move it back. Before I could move it back. The system wouldn't let me move it back though since the replacement folder had exactly the same name and the system won't allow 2 folders of exactly the same name. So I changed the name of the original folder to get it back to the original position, that was my second mistake. It had to have exactly the same name to work. So I had to change the name of the replacement folder and give the original folder the original name and restart Entrourage and everything worked properly. Hope that helps.
Cheers,
Mark
