Lets see Joy, its either   1) You've gotten into the same situation or 2) The answer was so simple that it is common knowledge and I should have known. HMmmmmmm......   Hey, since we are here, do you know how to print the Mail File Folders section?  I've done it before with a previous printer but with my new printer, the "print" option is always grayed out and won't let me print.   Thanks again, Mark
