Title: Entourage Spelling Preferences

I have a customer whose Entourage Spelling Preferences will not stick.  I have done a database rebuild, deleted Entourage and and Office preferences.  It used to work.

The is Entourage 2004 and OSX 10.3.9 with all Office and System updates.

Any ideas?
