| The next thing I would try is to reinstall Entourage. I would delete the MS OFFICE folder in the Applications folder, then the preferences again, then reinstall MS Office. If that doesn't help, I've re-created the users OS X account and started from scratch in the new account and that has helped. Make sure you back up all their data or select to archive the users old account when you tell OS X to delete it. There may be an easier way, but that is what I know.
