It downloads just fine from macscripter.net here, as attach_vcardx1.1.1.sit . (I don't know who made that file with all the periods - that might be confusing your file system. The version I uploaded was simply attach_vcardx.sit. When I upload version-specific files, I usually do something like attach_vcardx111.sit - probably I forgot this time.)
Are you on a new computer, or an Erase & Install of Tiger, not upgraded from an earlier OS? Tiger does not come with Stuffit Expander, required to unstuff .sit files. When i update new versions of my scripts I'm replacing them with .zip files, but I have not done so yet for this script (no recent update). ,zip files will expand natively in Tiger, and via Expander in previous OS's. If you are in Tiger without a paddle, write me and I'll send you the .zip. Otherwise, try downloading again (and _then_ write me if still no good).
