Reference this recent post to Microsoft's Entourage mail list:
http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage/browse_thread/thread/18dd08c787df837/a9bd86e645752106?lnk=st&q=entourage+lost+email%2Bexchange+server&rnum=4#a9bd86e645752106

MS reports a problem with some instances of Entourage connecting to an Exchange
server whereby a change between servers can result in data loss (I've been
dealing with this issue for a week now). They have pulled the 11.2 updater from
AutoUpdate until the 11.2.1 updater (promised prior to 11/1) is available. I
still found the updater at the Mactopia downloads section.

Subject: SP2 pulled from MS site?

30+ Macs, Panther 10.3.5-10.3.9, and Tiger 10.4.2
Office 2004 up to but excluding SP2

Question: Has Microsoft pulled SP2 from the update? In the last week,
I've manually checked Office 2004 updates on two or three systems only
to get either the first four or five (AutoUpdater, Office update, SP1,
Junk Mail) but not SP2.

When SP2 came out, I specifically informed the over 30 Mac users in our
division not to install SP2 and to turn the updater to "Manual" until
the growing number of bugs in SP2 were fixed. Now it seems that SP2
doesn't appear in the update.

The Tiger systems I build up with new Macs and rebuilt older Macs have
Office 2004 with all updates except SP2 installed. I'd like to keep it
that way until Microsoft fixes the bugs reported on this list.

Comments?

Thanks.

Steve
