I have consistent issues with the Progress window. Any time a main viewer window is not open, the Progress window appears for any and all sync operations. It's really quite bothersome.
The only workaround I've found is to minimize the main viewer window, rather than closing it, which seems to satisfy Entourage. -- Brian J.
