Merged week calendar views

Title: Merged week calendar views

Is there a way to merge into one Week calendar view the separate Week calendar views of:

• An Entourage calendar on the Mac and
• An Exchange calendar?
  

They can be merged into a single List calendar view, but I can’t seem to find a way to merge them into any other view.
