I am using Ent 2004 v 11.2.1 under OS X 10.4.3. I believe I have seen this inconsistency in earlier versions of Ent and OS X.
I have 'both at both ends' set for scroll arrows. They work all the time in every application but Ent. These 'additional' double arrows added to each end of the Preview pane, whether at the bottom or the right, will stop working, then start working later, possible after a relaunch. If they are working, clicking on the 'inner' arrows changes their color to blue...and scrolling occurs. Anyone else see this problem?
