I've been waiting for someone wiser to answer this, but since no-one has :-). I have a bluetooth Treo and sync it to Entourage using The Missing Sync. I have to confess I usually just plug it into the USB port on the computer to sync, but I did successfully pair it with the computer once (don't now remember whether I sync'd with bluetooth or not).
