David, I had the exact same thing happen after I installed a trial version of StickyBrain recently. The only fix for me was to run the StickyBrain 4.0 installer again and have it completely remove StickyBrain. Once I did that everything was back to normal. Have you recently installed any software that adds itself to contextual menus or has other background components similar to StickyBrain 4? -- T.
