Setting to only download partial messages will not catch all the junk you get, but it will help with the larger spam messages. You can also set to delete messages from server when they are deleted on computer. Both of these option are set under Accounts-> Options tab. I use a script to nuke spam messages so they don't clutter up my Deleted Items folder. You can find the "Nuke Messages" script here: <http://www.avernus.com/%7ephil/OEFilez/Nuke_Messages_Erage.hqx> -- Diane Ross, Mac MVP Entourage Help Page <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> Entourage Blog <http://blogs.msdn.com/entourage/> lists the EHP as one of the top five resources. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
