I have mail that I receive from a list server that are in mailing list manager, my address book and a rule moving it to its own folder. Mailing list manager and rules are set to change category to List rules are set "Not Junk".
Entourage moves the mail to its own folder but it still classifies it as junk about 50% of the time. I know it is Entourage because when I look at my headers my e-mail provider's spam software classify the e-mail as not junk with 99% accuracy. While this does not hurt anything it is very aggravating. Can someone tell me how to correct this behavior.
