Well, Choosing that option takes you to the following page on Microsoft's site: <http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/>. 1) There is no link for providing product feedback (one for web site feedback yes; product feedback no). 2) Clicking on the link for contacting support via e-mail takes you here: <http://support.microsoft.com/gp/assistsupport> 3) Clicking the More Office products link takes you here: <http://support.microsoft.com/select/default.aspx?target=assistance&c1=505&G SSProdSelMore505> 4) Entourage 2004 isn't listed, but Office 2004 is--clicking the link gets you here: <http://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?&c1=505&gprid=2490&;> 5) At which point you choose either Standard or Student / Teacher edition (I chose Standard.).
