Entourage doesn't ever ask you to create a new one. If one doesn't
exist, it creates one named "Main Identity". Very likely, they are
logged in from a different user or they have changed the name of some

Confirmed path location to identity area
Switch identities lists Main Identity and that is it, despite what is in the
office 2004 identities folder.  There is a database of over 1GB, so her
email is there, kinda baffled on this one.

I will be on location shortly and probably figure it out, but this one is
odd.
Searching the disk for a folder named "Main Identity" will very likely yield more than one result.
